Hi guys, not so long ago, there was a thread on this forum about the use of PDF and its cost. Someone posted a link onto a site that contains a program that converts a file to PDF. Does anybody have the link?

Coverting to pdf can be done free of charge.
I use Primo PDF

http://www.primopdf.com/

To make the conversion, you have to "print" the results - though not necessarily to paper.  You can print to file or print to screen.  Once the program is installed, you will find an extra option in the dropdown menu after selecting FILE > PRINT .

You can also use Open Office. It is very similar to Microsoft Office (which costs a small fortune) but is free.
Do all the good you can, and make as little fuss about it as possible.
