First of all well done for designing a product  that looks simple to use.

I cannot see what it will do that i cannot do already with Accounts and database programmes but if you do not have any fine.

I just wondering how much time was spent on developing software but more importantly testing it.

Commmercial software companies have complete departments dedicated to breaking the software.

I think by now kev knows he is a little out of rder in the way he set about promoting the product. I notice that truckmounters pulled the post altogether.


In his defense he is only doing what Internet marketing urus tell you to do on how to launch a product. get postings on Forums and Blogs BUT most Forums across all industries have tightened up on this

Kev i hope you are sunmiting 5 articles a week to Blogs etc

Hope you have your own Blog  dedicated to the product.

In the Future if anyone wants to launch a product or event could they please contact Mike Boxall  at express cleaning supplies as he wants to satisfy himself on the quality of the product or event.

The Good news is that shortley there will be a Commercial section for product Launches and Paid Events 

Kev I do not know if you have launched on Ebay but there is a World Wide market out there. Plus with a few Mods could you not use it any trade.

I'm one of the original fasttrack guys, i monitor all my work, i know where every job comes from and £ for £ what things work best for me. I have the camelot software program from the states, very expensive, you don't get much change out of £2000.00 at todays £/$ ratio but very good, i just can't believe what some people want for a little over £200.00.

I've had a look at the program and some of you guys out there should buy it at that price, This will help you out alot, i know what kev is talking about when you try to remember when you last done a job for someone, looking through old paper work, double mailing etc.

PS  This will save you alot of time (the only thing you can't buy)

Thanks Mark, its good to know that you along with many others out there who can see exactly what actually does! The feedback already has been amazing with some very kind words expressed to me personally.

What you said about the price though, and of the software that you use, I have had CC's who have had extensive years in the industry, who have said that the price tag for Cleaners Mate is way too cheap The thing about it though is that we wanted to make it affordable to all CC's which is why we priced it where it at that level.

Hope it was the right thing to do!

Thi s may be me but I tried putting a couple of custies in to the software and it kept asking me for title etc even though I did'nt have one.

e.g Michelle is all I had for the custy, if I mail merge I don't want Mrs Michelle comimg up.

Well done on putting together a producy lots of carpet cleaners (and other businesses) forget to carry out.

As most of us know by now you can't be a master of all trades and it's diificult enough sometimes doing the job. So you forget who your customers are when you cleaned etc.  I learnt quite quickly you need to get organised, run a database, nudge/remind your customers they need their carpets cleaned etc. Once I had that in place my business changed dramatically.

So well done Kev for "filling" that slot. If youv'e been in business for 1 day or 10 years, you need a piece of software like this. Implement it and youre on the road to a structured business.
