PVCu product

Anyone recommend PVCu cleaning solution.
Non abrasive, wipe on/off. needs to able to be used by abseilers.
For window frames that are 9 years late in getting cleaned.
Tried B&Q gear, but it doesn't touch it.
I used to have a company that did all this sort of stuff for me, but it seems he has packed it in so I am trying to find my feet doing it ourself.

Believe it or not VIM and / or CIF are great.

We also use a specific UPVC solvent based cleaner which is great at removing sticky stuff, mastic and many other surface marks.

Let me know if you are interested and I'll forward details of our supplier. I think it works out about £3 per litre.
