Hi Neil

I had shingles and just carried on as normal, worst bit was when Karate instructor made the lads lie on the  floor and told the girls to walk across our stomachs to see how strong we were, trouble was I had shingles across my stomach and it was a little painful :'(

Shingles is closely related to Chicken Pox so you should be fine Neil.

Cheers

Doug

I think if they catch it early enough it's less of a problem long term, so you should be ok.
