 hi guys .
im spending the day doing tenders and admin .
im finding it such a bore ,working out profits ,vat ,progess ,tax.

much prefer actually doing the graft .

was seeing how much wk i would need to get off the tools and become a manager .

i find that being a manager is far more stress full than  doing the graft.
my only worry is how long we can do this job physically..
