Work for sale in Horwich, nr Reebok area cleaned monthly.
I have cleaned this work for 3 years & am the only window cleaner at both sites. The fortnightly work has 5 customers that have moved out at £9.00 each, so would expect to pick the new customers up which would increase the work to £112.00 per fortnight.

 = £227.00 per monthly clean.

This is very,very compact  workcomprising of 21, mainly 3 storey houses, takes 2 men 4 hours

This is how compact, numbers: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,14 etc

prices are:
£20.00 x 1
£10.00 x 9
£15.00 x 1
£12.00 x 4
£11.00 x 1

and £6.00 - £7.50's


Also 10 minutes away fortnightly work = £67.00

prices ranging between £6.00 - £11.00: takes 1 man 1 half hours

Not after the work....however it is very good for area, i used to have about 600 a month near there and was crap prices, hence why i flogged it, took over a week to do alone!!!

This is very compact and very well priced work, thats the reason im selling at the price i have listed, so much crap work is usually for sale.

Decent and good priced work doesn't normally go for sale, only selling to cut back alittle as i am pricing some big work & need to be ready incase it comes off.

Will introduce the buyer to every single customer.

Archer im a little confuzed how much does it all bring in? is it cleaned fortnightly?
