All depends where in the country you are, as I`m sure you`re about to see from peoples responses. In Surrey we charge approximately £25 to £30 a side but, we`ll also clean the exterior of the gutter and the soffit, so it looks all shiny and new to the customer.

Some people charge by the meter. Personally, I couldn't be bothered carrying a tape measure round, so I pace it out and charge:

£2 a pace of guttering that's easily reached and

£3 a pace for guttering over a garage or conservatory that I have to reach sideways to get at.

That covers clearing the gutter and cleaning the outside = gutters, fascia and soffits.

Hint: do the job just after a heavy rain. It's MUCH easier and quicker.

£10 front, £10 side and £10 back emptying and a quick wipe. This is not a full soffit and fascia clean.

I have a few where i clean the gutters out every year and sometime's its twice a year as they get filled up with leaves.

What i do with these customers is give there gutters a really good clean once a year and when they fill up with leaves i just nip up there take the leaves out.
It takes 15 minutes just getting the leaves out on you average 3 bed semi.

I chrge them half my normal price for removing just the leaves on my regulars.
