Bananas !!!!!!!!!!!

My wife tells me there's an advert running on one of the TV shopping chanels about a cleaner made from banana oil extract and with incredible claims.

Yes, I know all about No Wet, etc, etc, but I always try everything to do with cleaning, but can't find this banana thing. Anyone tried it ?

Ive seen it advertised a couple of times its a mad Yank and some daft bird selling it looked good but i dont belive anything i see on those channels.Talking about those shopping channels they were advertising the new Bissel the other day it says it now comes with built in heat after watching for 10mins to see how they would do it the women pulled out a plastic jug and put warm tap water in it also the Bissel chemicals come with built in Scotchgaurd might try and get some.

Some of the " newer " products, eg, colloids and anti allergen chemicals are derived from plants, so the wacky yank might have something that works.

Paul Moss sent me some it's very expensive he bought 5 litres for £100 ish with vat and post but I think it sells for £20 ish for 500ml.

The product is a consumer product, which is apparently created from banana oil. Not seen the advert and don't know any details.

Amyl Acetate IMO I used AA at our shop and have used before when I used to work at another CC years ago and AA is quite expensive to buy but not that bloody expensive!!!

The product has been out for a few years,  I have used it in the past on various stains and it works quite well. I would not say it is better than anything else out there. I did use it on some mastic in a load of hotel rooms and it worked a treat.

If it got mastic off then there has to be a God.

Only thing that gets mastic off is a carpet knife!!  I thought nothing got it off as its supposed to stick like errrrrrrrrrr you know what.

You can find the product on qvc.co.uk   stains R out.  It is not a miracle product but who knows it may get something out when you need it.

No you mean amyl nitrate,embalming fluid ! used by men who enjoy the company of other men in a special way  ;D
Muscle relaxant,oh and was quite big on the rave scene some years back.Dip a cigarette in it and then smoke it without lighting it
