Smoke damage salvage
« on: November 06, 2008, 06:58:48 pm »
Did my first smoke damage salvage job today  ;D have been advertising it for the last 4 years !
block of flats 3rd floor flat ocupied by crack heads, set themselves on fire while freebasing, burnt their flat out and badly smoke damaged 2 others ! council properties.
Sprayed everything with ultra pac renovate, didn`t use my sebo, don`t wanna get it dirty  ;D
sucked everything up , came out good as new, only have a 2meg pix phone now,i lost it with my other phone on Monday ,threw it against the wall as it kept dropping signal  :( broke the screen,Why is it that when i was up in Whitby last week right on top of the moors ,miles from anywhere i had full sig, when home i have to stand on 1 leg facing north, with a tail wind ,to get 1 bar  >:( must be that weird listening post at Filingdales
So pics not good enough to do it justice. He said he has a lot more of this type of thing, and asked if i would mind doing them !
What goes around comes around

Hello Mark,
just wondering how did you charge your client. We have been asked to quote for a fire damaged 2 bed terraced house. We have never done fire damage before. How long do you think it would take  2 of us to clean the whole damn thing.
