I am looking at the prospect of getting a young kid in the local area to post brochures for me. I was thinking he/she does 2 streets a week or 200/300 brochures. 22 streets every three months, then goes back over the area. so they get 4 brochures per year.

I have found in the past, going back over areas yields good results at times, but any way...

What I would like to know is does anyone else do this, how much do you guys pay them and on what terms etc. Do you think its worth while or better to just put in the extra effort and do it myself when I get the chance.

ive been paying a mates younger brother £20 for a couple of hours at weekend on sunday, we post about 300 i reckon in two hours, but when posting last week i got a phone call from a lady who said she will post 1000 a week for £35, so she is starting for me on sunday!!
But every week i have made back my money + more on the leaflets, and paying canvasser, so definitely worth it, but i would pay about £7.50 an hour maybe, 300 will take 4 hours max=£30, or 10p each! And you can back check, im gonna check up on a few streets just to make sure this woman is kosher but she seems great

She lives in the middle of one of my main rounds so i will ask her to concentrate on streets off and around it that i want work on yeah, and probably work bacl over it every 4 months or so....

1000 leaflets a week will cover some amount of territory pretty quick, and obviously i dont want leaflets going where i dont want work so i will just point an area and stress certain streets get hammered
