got a call from an asian chap and all seemed great till i interviewed him, he wanted to bring in so much work that i made him a partner in the business so didnt like the sound of it rang him day after to say he wasnt what i was after !! so back to square one now, but im thinking of just stopping being lazy and going out canvassing myself, although its a shame as he sounded good, and only targetted businesses, just didnt like the fact he wanted in on the company, thought he might of stole work or something when i didnt let him!!

Dont think i could have contained my laughter mind you, if he came away with a statement like that someone would have to pick me up off the floor and help me clean the puddle of p**s i would have created whilst in a somewhat hyper-ventalative state

sean if he was really tha good you could of quickly expamded and really been worth while, but you would need a good contract and he would need to bring in the same amount of work you have now and then your job could be hands on and his be bringing in the work, this could really work.

Yeah i thought about it but something didnt add up, he barely speaks good english for a start and he has just moved from london about 2 weeks ago up here, and is pretty much destitute, he has been posting leaflets to make money...something defo didnt feel right, i havent got the number anymore, i had it on my call log but that has renewed now, and didnt save it, advertise on gumtree for a sales person for window cleaning and i bet he'll ring you.....but why let someone else have half your business who you dont know, they can run off with it, leave you with their tax bill alsorts, not worth it mate!!

sean i wouldnt just allow some one to come and do this, i just think the idea in therory is really good if you can get some one who is top dollar at sales but it would be hard finding the right person.

yeh i thought the same, but you would have to pay em top dollar too not too brag but i am not bad at it myself as i did it for a living for 3 years, but i dont have the time now to go cold calling on business, but i keep plugging away with letters etc, and hopefully will find someone soon to do it!
