Do you have a nice pair?
« on: November 03, 2008, 11:16:14 pm »
I was thinking,.... if you set up a round, to employ... would you have two people run it for you or one?.......

i mean, if one was in charge and had that responsibility, i feel the round would be more efficiently run..... the guy in charge would feel the gaffer... and the other would be looked after, pushed on a little.... and watched.

Rather than one guy, who , you simply have to hope he can work alone and motivate himself,

thats kind of how I run my company - except I am in one van with employee (big jezza) and my son (tosser - just kidding) is with Tony (monkey man)

It works well for us - can have its probs though.
I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!

with staff you will always have one problem or another ( I seem to lol and I dont think for a second I am alone on that), but one with more clout than the other will always work better imo if having to staff
