I have been offered a bin contract....
Looked into the legalities and need advice on the following.
Is a waiste water licence expensive and how do I go about getting one?
Do I need to get the local councils permission before I start? (Not a council contract).
Do I need to be registered with an organisation...ie National bin cleaning ass etc ?
Where is the best place to buy a second hand bin cleaning machine, do I need one?
Is this market worth expanding into or is it getting to saturated/competitive?
Any help would be much appreciated.
