You might need a protecta ball, or two, as well as the new fittings try (h-ttp://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/catalogbody.html), take out the hyphen between the h-ttp.

its seem the plastic 1 snap to easy for me, i was only wanting to buy barb fitting not the complete fitting as shown on gardiners web site, its about time i swap over to metal ones

there snap at the end which is push in to pole hose

so the push fit... which goes into your pole hose keeps snapping..leaving the barb in the hose...?.... get the brass ones .. yes.
