does anyone drop in leaflets or business cards at business estates with units or factories?  just wondered if you get much response as some industrial esates need cleaning badly!

We get some response from doing this, although I generally just target estates where we already customers, that way they are already familiar with our company being around.

was going to head off today with my leaflets and cards to industrial estates but i got an ear infection and im off work, gutted!

there is snow on the way so im not expecting any calls!

hi darren, yes i have been cold calling around a few business estates, no response as yet but im not expecting much at this point really. im trying allsorts to get work at the mo!

yh i know the feeling mate.

I found that it takes a few weeks to get any response from places, sometimes it helps to go back again.

yeah well i might send them another letter in the post, keep pestering them hey!  its weird cos sometimes i can i leaflet a street for years and get no response, then the next year i could get 5 people wanting it??  you never know. the more they see your leaflets the more chance you got!

i think its a physcological thing, they see your name a few times and subconsciously that builds trust in their mind.
