just had a call from a property developer, they want me to give a price for 126 appartements i am going to have a look on friday, i have not priced a job this big, can anyone give me any advice on this matter please, also, any advice in general.

Just price for the one and multiply it by 126, obviously you will be quicker as you go but you will also get bored, don't cut it too fine as the one you look at will be the cleanest and they will get worse towards the end of the job

Thats what i'd do as well, work out how much for one and then providing they are all basically the same layout and size then just times it by 126.

you need to price for the initial clean and a sparkle clean usually occurs after the snagging / prior to occupiers moving in---youll probably make money on additional sparkles as more works usually takes place after cleaning

get every unit signed off and specify what you are  pricing for and dont forget common ways and stairs lifts etc

check for damage in each unit prior to commencing works ie scratches to glass chips in sanitaryware  scratches in sinks--as surveyors like to offload costs onto subcontractors

remember youll probably have to wait 6-8 weeks for a cheque if you are lucky
