hi guys, just wondering what are the most popular pressure washing contracts? is it  bin cleaning? graffiti?  fast food outlets? brick cleaning? etc  there must be some types that are worth being contracted too.?

Never had a contract for pressure washing - got one for grounds maintenance at a probation office and one to clean windows but thats the lot. Most firms get you in when it needs doing especially when things are tight

maybe its graffiti cleaning if you get in with a company?

getting in with the local authority is a good one, they will use you for chewing gum removal in town centres, local authority car parks etc. hard to get in but worth it once you do. Best bet is to ophone local council office and ask for asset management.

i dont know if councils are the answer, they are hard to get into, they can cut the contract anytime and you get less money than regular different jobs?   :
