alltec v woodbridge

Ordered some stuff from woodbridge at 3pm and it arrived the following day at 9.15am.
You can not fault a service like that.

Ordered some chemicals from Alltec, unfortunately the chemical needed to be made up and they were short of one of the components. Recieved a phone call apologising for delay in chemical and also a letter of apologise with a £25.00 voucher off next order.
Not prefect but a nice way to say sorry. Have dealt with Alltec for years and this is the first time they have been late.

Full marks to both.

Karl,

I agree I get fast service of both.

However I have a little gripe with Woodbridge The solution hose they made for me leaks at the joins.

Trying some plummers solvent hope this solves problem.

I had a small problem with woodbridge as well, service was great but extraction hoses were longer than solution hoses and solution hose blew of connetor once, steam everywhere!

Chris

Ive got that problem aswell.

Not sure why Woodbridge thought Solution  ;D ;D  Hose should be longer.
