Hi Mick

I do this everyday for 5 years, there is only 1 product i use and it never fails.

Brillo Degreaser.

It comes in 5ltr, which you dilute down in spray bottles, it is excellent for grease, smoke stained PVC windows, doors, tiles.

I use it in student lets, spray on and watch the grease & smoke just melt off.

I usually scourer the stubborn marks, wipe up with kitchen towel.

Good luck

i have found cilitbag very good on painted surfaces....just spray on....leave for a couple of mins then wipe off spraying more on as you go. Did this on some really grubby white painted doors and they came up a treat looked brand new. The brillo degreaser is v.good too as mentioned....hope this helps.

Is it a commercial kitchen? ie does it need to sanitise as well as degrease or are you going to use a seperate disinfectant afterwards?

I have a range of products that will do the job.

Sorry to be plugging my own business in my first post.
