I think it looks good. certainly punchy, and the pink should attract the ladies.
I like the photograph, and will copy your set up for a new photo of me and my van.
I would have " High Quality Carpet, upholstery and leather cleaning".,

Dont like the word dear, but just me.

As you have a TM, how about "all furnishings virtually dry as I leave!"
Ben

PS:- How much for the young lady?  :o  ;D
( Joe Polish says everybody read a PS:- )

that young lady is my wife so she's not for sale. not yet anyway ;D
take your point on the "dear" word.
what could i change it to?
and we don't charge the earth?
expensive?

don't like joe polish or his methods but thats just my opinion.

anyway glad ya like it, give ya a good feel factor when someone comments lke that, all though the proof is in the pudding. fingers crossed, goes out beginning of november.

yea nice leaflet Derek - professional and to the point.

Like Benny I also don't like the word "dear" - I drive my fiance crazy everytime I correct her telling her it's expensive not dear.

Likewise with the "dear".  Also, generally, you're filtering off a certain proportion of prospects by focusing on price and implying you're cheap, some people want to pay more because they think it gets them a better job.

You photoshopped the boy out of it!  If only life were that simple :)

no jim
ive got a few different photos.
we thought about having joel in but decided against it.
don't agree we're implying we're cheap, but not gonna argue about it, we're high quality cleaners at an affordable price, thats the message we're trying to get across and hopefully we'll achieve it with a few tweaks here and there.

What Market segment are you going for.

I think you have limited yourself in years to come.

You have invested your fotune in van and equipment  you need to get as high as pice as you can for your work.

I realise the word affordable is relitive and one of those meaningless marketing words and when people see your van maybee you upsell

So basicaly you are bait and switch in a nice way ;D ;D

ian
my market is everybody
i give confidence to the poor that its worth paying a bit more and i save the posh people a few quid while giving them belief that i'll do a high quality job.
i'll agree that i have limited myself in the future as i'll never be able to charge top whack, but to be honest if i can eventually fill my books, (plan being i will in 3 years time) then i'll be more than happy with my wages.

this ad is for the poor to medium and i have one a bit more professional for the toffs.

thanks for your comments, all taken on board.

Good luck with the delivering.
I have just done  one and a half hours posting, and it felt like 10 hours!
You never know though, as I have just done a job from a leaflet I delivered after going to the dentist a couple of weeks ago.
Not a fortune, but it all helps  :)

Derek,

I appreciate why you removed the picture of your lad.

What was the thinking behind changing from the one you posted recently? How did your test for that one go?

Like the leaflet alot but i would take " we are not as dear as you think" completely out simply because you state on the leaflet you are high quality and affordable. Which are probably what most customers are looking for a quality service at an affordable price. Dear is a word which will frighten potential customers off from enquiring particularly in the current climate.

cheers Mark
