Hi

I normally frequent the window cleaning section of this forum. I have recently cleaned the glass on the outside of a property and they now need a company to complete the cleaning of the propertys ground floor on the inside The internal floor space will be aout 1500 sq foot and will be made up of wood floor and marble in the kitchen area (I think), all new.

They basically want it looking pristine, it is all new flooring. They have had the upstairs already cleaned and were not overly happy with the results and want to employ a different company for the rest of the house. It would need to be completed by the middle of this week.

Plese note, it is not just a flooring job. The kitchen is new and they want it all cleaned too, along with the wooden stairs leading to the first floor. You would mose certainly need to have a look before you quoted.
