So how do you do it then?
I must have 150 entries for estimates completed and suspended all cluttering things up when I have to look for a job.Does anyone know how to get rid of these?

if estimates have no transactions associated then you can simply select the estimate and delete job but the completed & suspended jobs are not so easy as they will have transactions associated if you have done the job at least once, the only way to delete these are to delete the job history first but this will affect your accounts

I've a round called "Suspended jobs" - I chuck 'em in there, and can always refer to 'em if necessary.
