« on: October 16, 2008, 09:36:51 pm »
I have been asked to price up a deep clean for a 2 bedroom flat !

also full clean to the kitchen ie cupboards oven worktops etc

Please could you advise on a price as i have never taken on this type of work before.

be better off in the carpet cleaning or general cleaning section.

you need special equipment for proper carpet cleans.. make sure you insurance covers this type of work

Hi
Because you have not done this type of work before it may be better to charge an hourly rate.

Hi
We charge a rate of £20 -£25 p/h.
Cleaning ovens - £40-£50 on average ( dependant on how dirty it is)
On average work it out at about an hour per room - this can vary on kitchens and bathrooms depending on how dirty they are and what appliances etc you need to clean.
Carpet cleaning is on top

Karl

Hi
If you are doing the work for a letting agents they may charge you 10% or more,  so make sure you this is built into your costs.
