cleaning upvc frames

I read something about a upvc cleaner you just sprayed on and rinsed off but cant remember the name  any ideas ?????
dont look who's to blame, look how to fix it. anon

Does it need to be used in a high pressure washer or can i just spray on with a WFP ?

You can soak a cloth in it, if you wanted to and just wipe it on
