Geoff's right a Cimex will cover more area quicker, years ago (20) I used cimex on domestics in my youth I lifted one up a spiral staircase but they were always a bit big for some domestics.

Hi Rob
I was taken back in to the southern on Wednesday as the swelling got worse, kept in over night to see if there was any infection. Got the all clear and got out the next day. Seen the consultant yesterday and told I will be out for another 2 weeks, not what I wanted to here, but I had a fair idea myself that it wasn't healing as well as it should.

Hi
Lots of Zinc (15mg every 2 hours)
1000mg of Ginger (500mg morning, 500mG at Night) Ginger is a very powerful natural anti inflammatory.
Cod liver oil 1000 mg.
This will speed up your recovery
Regards
Martin
