im a newbie to wfp equipment .but in the varitech 2008 book .glass fibre pole 32" £174.00plus vat .dont know if any diff in quality .42" £194 plus vat

if they were the facelift glass fibre poles it would be more interesting, but the pole sin the picture are Ionic multipoles with multipole brushes?? Luke

glad you mentioned it. Anybody thats thinking of ordering, dont hesitate, if you want a glass fibre pole ( I prefer carbon myself ) these Facelift ones are THE glass fibre poles to buy. Far better than the xtels, multipole, brodex predators, univerals.

if only there was a deal on the carbon poles as i need a 44 to 55 foot pole just waiting on what to get.

I wouldn`t even mention a brodex pole in the same sentence as a facelift there`s no comparison,i had a brodex pole for about 6 months and a facelift for nearly 3 years and still going strong.

When you add on a £17 delivery charge... Yes its not an error £17 and then add on vat its still cheaper at Gardiners, wintecs and many otherplaces.

Brodex have on their website "Product may vary"

So you could be buying lower grade resin, resin prices have not gone down but gone up. The only cheep resin around is low grade resin from China which is not worth the money as it is not compatible with water in the UK due to high Anion content.

The complete price for the Brodex resin inc. VAT and delivery is £84.59, which makes it quite a bit more than the other firms you mentioned.

I would agree with all comments that Facelift poles are very different to a fibreglass Brodex pole.

Dunno what your doing with your pole! I've had a brodex for ovr 3 years and it's never let me down
