pre filters

just replaced the pre filters on the r/o and the tds out is not getting lower than 3 before i chnged them it was getting down to 1 but taking a while any ideas please is this normal

wouldnt it be great if the suppliers told you this stuff when they sold it to you, i mean a little warning with the filters to disconnect the di before you run them through we bought pre filters and di resin from the same place, you would think it wouldnt be too much trouble, as it is we have probably wasted the resin by the sounds of it

It's a good point, I don't know if they came from us. This information has always been on our website under FAQ about RO maintenance (see link). However I have now also added it to the pre-filter product description page.
