Van tax on-line

Anyone know why I can tax my car on-line but not the van?

I went to tax the van to-day but on-line it said its unavailable for your type of vehicle.

could be a few things, have you recently changed your insurance or just had an mot, have you recently acquired it.

It has happened to me in the past but is mostly ok, just done 2 this month

No she didn't get a reminder, she's had it a couple of months now.

The van was Taxed today, does this mean that she will be able to tax it on-line next year?

yes , you will get a reminder through with a 16 digit reference number use this online as long as the van is mot,d and insured
