« on: September 28, 2008, 01:35:01 pm »
They should run courses for Urine and Odour removal.
I have had 4 jobs this weeks from human urine and odour removal and boyo has it taken some time to completely remove it but there must be a specific way or methods to soil and eliminate it?

Successful removal of urine odour can be a long process.
It is a case of breaking down the salts and bacteria, it is not just the carpet that needs treating.
You may have to replace the underlay, treat the sub floor and so on.
it is very unlikely that the odour will be removed in one visit as whichever product you choose to use needs time to do its work, make sure what ever you use you put plenty down.

Hi

StaKill is a Urine & odour removal product.

A very powerful deodoriser with bactericides. Sta-Kill contains special
urine stain and odour neutralising agents that eradicate malodours caused
by urine, vomit, mildew, smoke and cooking. With a neutral pH, Sta–Kill
may be used effectively on most surfaces and fabrics including carpets,
upholstery, curtains, wood, ceramics, plastics and vinyl. Sta-Kill is an
excellent pre-spray on soiled items of clothing prior to machine or hand
washing as well as a domestic deodoriser. Use after an application of
Sanitaire to quickly eradicate malodours from body-spillages in public
buildings, schools, vehicles and on ferries etc.

I have just sprayed it on a 'Trash House' and it has worked a treat, used it on a squat, same result. Bio productions make it, 500ml trigger spray is about £2.50.
