hi everyone i just had a letter from global cleaning services today and they are offering me a cleaning contracts (commercial)                   it is a kind of franchising do you no anyting about them ?are they any good? i looked at it sounds too goot to be true

So if you have money to throw at them go ahead but it would be better to build your own business

If it sounds to good to be true it normally is.

I had one a while back you pay so many hundred and we get you contacts, when I asked if you guarentee I will get a contract they backed off a little then come back with yes, I asked for this to be in writting and still waiting..

I would very very wary.

They quote them dirt cheap and then tell you what they are going to pay you for it.
Used to do work for them years and years ago on subby basis, then they offered us this new deal and it worked out to be a pile of s...!
