went to collect a job i had done earlier in the day to br told i had left the patio windows in a right mess smears every where
"would you like to show me madam"?
"yes and im really not happy with you"
we go in and you can see where shes wiped the glass with a cloth right across both windows
"i think you will find that the smears are inside"
"no never" so i lick my finger and prove it to her , her answer??


"how did you manage to get into my house to do that we have been out all day"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i had to laugh at her and her face was a picture when i wiped the glass with a cloth adding that its not the quality of my work but her dirty home

Funny how they blame the w/c. I bet those marks have been their for ages!

what really irritates me, is when they blame you, saying i have cleaned inside so marks must be outside, we clean thousands of panes of glass every year , they do inside maybe once or twice a year then presume fault is with your work, not theirs.
