Cant see Tesco giving anyone a discount on petrol, it is a good idea but the customers aint stupid, they know £10 of the carpet cleaning bill is going towards the petrol voucher

Even with falling property prices, 140 grand for a house sounds like a bargain.  What part of the country do you live in Jim?

Just about right in the middle.  I'm house hunting at the moment actually, 2-bed terraced victorian places in reasonable nick are being advertised at around 90-110k but dropping a little.  It's the 2 and 3 bed semis that are coming down in price, some 1950s and 1960s 3 bed semis are up for 110-130k and they look pretty good.

P.S the house is free, it's the pencil sharpener you're paying for
