just wondered where most of your NEW  work comes from? and how long you've been in business, after 20 years most new business comes from referal

I have been cleaning 10 years and tried allsorts of advertising and leaflets are the one that works best for me. Anyone who says they have tried leaflets and they dont work either needs to change the leaflet or put more out more often imo.

Most of my work comes via referrals but my new 'strangers' work is all via internet  ;D

there certaimly seems to be a definate move towards internet sourced business, perhaps one day soon we'll see the demize of yell & thompsons??
