i agree with the others, im all for doing offers but your pricing is way way to low
maybe you should sit down and work out exactly what profit you are making charging these prices, you will be shocked at just how low it is! sometimes it works out you might be LOSING MONEY just by doing the job, in which case you might as well stay at home and do nothing
i find the best offers i do are to existing clients, you can even extend the offer to their families and friends then at least that way you are being recommended by your already happy clients
as far as being quite..... well dont worry xmas is just around the corner and soon you'll be pulling your hair out trying to fit every job in
p.s i would scrap putting prices on your flyer, go and do a quote instead and explain face to face why they should choose you over every one else, works well for me and its the only way i work it also gives you a chance to up sell to more cleaning or protector, mabe by adding in a stairs and landing rather than just having the hallway done.
i find most people don't know what to ask or even what they want, what they do want is a professional to take away all the hassle, thats where we step in, give them advice, if a room is beyond cleaning then be honest and tell them that, this way your clients will have the utmost respect for you,
its not about getting as much work as possible, but providing a fantastic service, you will find the referall will go up a huge amount
