4 months ive been wfp and today 2 of us did more work than 3 of us used to do and the third guy who left was stupidly fast trad, the first month or 2 i couldnt really see the change but oh yes it is certainly a lot quicker and better......    im just a little concerned about the winter months coming up (freezing) i really dont want to have to climb again..

Whats the name of the chemical that you can put into the water to stop it from freezing?

i dont know but i hope it works because im an early bird and its freezing cold when i get out...

does anybody know what the chemical is called and where you can get it?

anti freeze, never used it myself but my window cleaner swears by it...

i have used it at 1% dilution and its enough to stop things freezing up

yeah he says he also uses screen wash aswell i just never got round to using it... i just grinned and beared it (scraping all the ice off for hours) and just tried avoiding porches... or just scrimmed them..

Iso is THE solution in winter for us lot,i`ve used it for the last 2 winters and it really does work.The first thing to freeze is the Y peice on the brush it freezes easily without it being that cold at times,hot water cracks glass using Iso dosen`t but you still get to carry on working.I`ve used it down to -5 with nothing freezing.

if you found it still freezes at 1% ratio could you add more without ruening the clean
