risk assessments and method statements

Have any of you guys (and girls) done risk assessments and method statements?

Im quoting a school in the near future and the caretaker has said they will probably need to see them.

Im just about to do them but havent got a clue!!!!!

What sort of things do you put on them? Any ideas or info would be great(or does anyone have a "general" one that i can have??
