[Cleaner Windows]

My custy's all have a "safe place", that they have chosen to leave any payments if they are not going to be at home when I collect - I haven't got a good memory at all and now that my round is building up nicely, I'm finding it hard to remember all the safe places for each house which causes me prob's

I thought, it would be v handy to have the notes section within the debt collecting menu on P George so you can look at each custys safe place thats been made note of beforehand. This function would be handy for other reasons too e.g the custy doesnt want you coming round on a saturday to collect, and so on.
I mentioned this to Paul from George Systems a while ago and he seemed to think it would be a good idea but was in no rush to add it in just yet, so maybe if he sees a positive response from a few others he'll poss add it soonish!?

I know my own reasons for having it might be different from your own, so maybe you can give those reasons in your reply to this post?

i would not hold your breath on that one  , i have mentioned several things that would improve george , a long time ago, still waiting , the notes feature in george is good , but could do with a flagging system to alert you a job has notes , as you do not know unless you enter the notes page , suggested a little symbol by notes icon to let you know a job has notes, but apart from these little glitches it is a very good program worth the money. i voted it is a good idea.

You may find that george has reached its highest peak and maybe cant be updated no more thats why most of you will be moving over to window cleaning pro soon as it will have everything george hasnt got, ask the question on a new thread aimed at ian hanniford the maker of window cleaning pro and see if wcp has what you need,
