Yeh i dont remember ever putting my business in that but i do have a listing on it!! its pretty high up too, and costs nothing!!

Just did that wally who came top of the listing........... Me with adwords! Yes they do cost money but they are great as they let you target specific words - window cleaner evesham being one of mine!

Now, get yourself a google account and you can do all sorts of stuff to get more info onto your listing and a direct link to your own web site.

Yes, no argument at all. I'm sure that adwords work; otherwise people wouldn't use them.

Maybe the title isn't right. It shouldn't be forget adwords. That DOES give the wrong impression, and I apologise. I repeat, I'm not knocking adwords or people that use them.

All I'm doing is pointing out that there is another way of getting high up on a Google search that doesn't cost anything but a bit of time and common sense.

No wally I wasn't knocking you - The truth is I have a whole host of keywords for adwords and had forgotten about the evesham ones so when i typed what you suggested I got a nice surprise! By coincidence I was searching around on google about a week and a half ago and noticed I had overlooked this very thing. I thought hang on I aint on this so I put in a listing!  So dont let me put you off posting about it as it's useful information and I am glad you have started a topic on it like I said it was just funny to see myself up there. Anyway wally Evesham, just down the road from me in Tewkesbury (We'll have to meet up sometime!) Anyway as I was saying to Squeeky earlier I might have a load of commercial work coming up, more than I can handle much more. Interested in subcontracting?
