Apart from the online banking way ie paypal etc the way I see it is unless you have a pdq then no you cant. A company credit card is exactly the same as a personal one in this respect. The only other ways I could see you being able to take the money while they use their card is:
1. They withdraw a cash advance on the card and pay cash
2. Some companies provide cheques against a credit card account. If they have this then that would be a way for you to do it. From your point of view the cheque works exactly as a usual one with regards to cashing and the money comes off their caed account. This option could work for both as they are obviously paying on the never never as they have a cashflow problem.

Hi Eddie,

On top of that you will also need to set up a Merchant Account. Those fees (and the ongoing monthly costs are pretty steep if you're not using it much)

Do you also need to get a separate mobile phone line? Or is that included within the £25 a month?

How much are the calls to and from the terminal?

I'd look really carefully into ALL of the costs associated with having a Merchant Account and PDQ terminal. Its not a cheap option!
