I would leave it to the right trade ie (upvc fitters),some window cleaners get it into their heads they can tackle anything and get desperate for money are you that desperate ?  ;)
I am not desperate at all, I just like to know what others would charge, it really is that simple, I have changed many gutters and fixed them, this is a service I have offered for a long time. Again I will say as some do not seem to understand that I was interested to know what others would charge for it as I think we are too cheap and I have spotted a large area where I know full well all the gutters have been installed incorrectly.
So Desperate no, business minded yes  ;)

So you are not that busy washing windows then?
Me personally no thats what I have staff for, but a new van is going on the road asap and this needs more work.

Probably no more than an hours work. I would charge my hourly rate times 3, possibly 4. They are nice little jobs if you can get them.

i have fitted upvc, fascia , soffit , guttering for about 10 yrs, a typical house ie front /back 10 mtrs total + downpipes is about £250 inc matls [ guttering only], which i get trade, £50. so £100 each side taking down and refitting, really easy to do , use a 3-4 ft spirit level to set brkts just of level ,about 36" gap between each brkt , would take me an hour .
