hi there people i have a brodex system 40/40 ro with water softner and 2, 20 inch pre fillters all fitted up and was working fine but now when i do a back wash that works fine when i spin the numpty thing to start makeing the water nothink comes out now it was really fast now slowed up and now not a drip im lost please help me .

when did you change the filters last ?

the system is not that old really filters are not even 1 year old the pre filters are still on green and say that they do not need changing system has all ways been back flushed too.

what size are the filters and how much water do you use a day ?
I change my pre filters every month or so

have you looked at them ? a year sounds a long time to me defo worth a look I would say

i have taken the pre filters out and started to run and it is still the same it must be the ro but then would it still back wash??

did this problem accure after your salt backwash? have you done a salt backwash previous to this one? could any salt have got into your membraine?
