I'm confused here!

If you look at Omnivac on their web site you'll see that the system is a flexible hose attached to a pole. The pole gets the top of the hose to where you want it and the rest of the hose just dangles down. This is what is shown on their web site. www.omnipole.com/OmniVac%20and%20OmniCam.htm

It's also what is shown on their YouTube video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=11DAhFvjho8

The pics posted here look as if the pole is a suction tube with a flexible hose on the end.

Are there two different systems - one for domestic (say 2 storey) and another for commercial (say three storey or more)?

The system with the pole as a suction hose (similar to the gutterkeeper) looks much more practical to me for domestic work.

the one in the picture which kev is using is the updated version were the suction pipe attaches itself to the bottom of the pole....the one were the pipe clips onto the outside of the pole is the mk 1 version.
