Depends on a few things
1. Do you want to do it off ladders?
2. Do you want to clean internally only
3. Do you want to clean in and out.

Save your money if you only want to do insides of the guttering,  buy a gutter scoop from gardiners, screw it on the end of your pole and away you go.

Will it take less time than the vacume thing ?

I recon I can do it twice as fast with a scoop than you can with a vac, but that's just me.

With the vac you need mains power from a Genny or the customers house, more expence for the Genny, or if using the customers power they have to be home, then you need a 110v vac and a transformer to abide by H&S if you use 240v then it has to be with a RCD.

Gutter scoop, just screw on the end of your pole and away you go, no need for custy to be home and can be done  in the rain.

I can see the pros , but if you are charging average £100 per house wouldnrt it look a bit ameturish ?

There asking you to clean there guttering not how you will do it.
If your charging £100 per house for gutter cleaning then you can afford the vac and Genny and look more pro.
