Hard floor chem advice

Got a warehouse floor to do, its painted concrete with oily soil/ wheel marks etc. can you recomend a decent degreaser that wont affect the finish? Will a green pad be meaty enough?

Wpuld reccomend Prochem Ultrapac Retnovate with a nylon brush. Bit less agressive than a green pad.
