Looked at the jets and the jets are resessed into the brush head

Was the scratch very deep? What sort of position was it on the glass? could you of done it?

Scratch didnt look to deep you had to look at it at an angle, to see it and it was at a slight angle but almost horizontal

It is probably not you that did this. If clients are new to WFP they often look at their windows more closely than they have in a long time and therefore notice the scratch. The other thing is often WFP cleans the scratch better than before and makes it more noticeable.

There is very little chance that your brush and jets will have done this.

deny! deny! deny!
Do a demo clean on the bonnet of your van and explain how the brush is designed to be non scratch.
I would 1st check the stock of your brush though if the rubber around the edge has been taken off.

if it was your brush as the customer implies then with your constant moving of the brush you wouldnt have only done one scratch?having previously been done by blade then the previous cleaner had more chance to do it once before he noticed it,with a bit of grit in the blade perhaps.also point out that you have had no other complaints ,good luck.
