ok, i was looking for a good pole squeegee stumbled on wagtail (didn't need too as plenty have em on here), ordered one, it arrived. first impression "my god it's big" (a bit like what wife said 25 yrs ago...lol). tried it on my home windows, feels like its a good idea but, the action kept stiffening at the end of the stroke. gonna use it on some windows tomorrow. anybody got any tips coz on french windows it seemed a bit of ball ache at bottom. is it mainly for large glass or does anyone use it for domestic. any comments appreciated

its easier to use if you dont try to s stroke, use more of a fan stroke let the wagtail takes its own course as you twist the grip, once you have this sorted do the same on a pole. they take some getting used to but they are quite good once you do.

did yours stick a little when you got it? if so, how much use before it freed up? i get what you mean about the different stroke needed, but seems a bit awkward at low level eg, bottom of french windows, is this just a matter of adapting?, or is it just a quirk of the wagtail?

oh it doesn't fit boab either. just for shops then?

They come in all sizes, my every day one is about 12 ins and washes and blades at the same time.
just persevere with it, you will find it much easier to use than a trad tool, the swivel makes it a lot easier on the wrist too.

it will loosen up, will have to adapt the stroke along the bottom of french doors close out in the same way you would using s stroke. and it will fit the boab but you have to have it in  the applicator section.

i was told omnipole sold em .not on there web, so just ordered from oz.took about 10 days to arrive
