Hi Guys

As has been hinted Alltec are to stock the Solution Glockner range of chemicals.

This will include Allergstop , which will be sold without a license and apparently cheaper than before.

Charley Pads are also on offer and Gunter Glockner is making an appearance at the Alltec open house 26/27 Sept.

Do you use Charley's on any particular work..........I bought them and only used them a couple of times about two years ago, but rather foolishly gave them away !

I know they were only supposed to be used with certain chemicals, but wonder about peoples experiences with alternatives.

Charleys the DBs on tiles never tried anything else but splitters and M Power may try my Pure clean next time.

I know they were suggested for tiles etc, but would expect a pretty short life if used regularly on hard surfaces!

Sorry i only ever use them on carpet tiles.

Paul Charleys are high tech bonnets.

I believe Charley Pasds need "breaking in" - so you using them only on a couple of jobs probably you not got the best from them.

They're a normal bonnet with a bit of foam sandwiched in the middle, so i understand,  to supposedly increase absorbency.

If your referring to a "normal" bonnet as the type I have from Dry Fusion or Texatherm - then the Charley Pads I have are way different.

Difficult to describe, but there is only one side to be used.

Any one fancy a try describing?

Charley’s are only one sided so you cant flip the over like others, that should reflect in there price, hope sellers understand.

I use Charly's on some very long corridors and big open offices ................ dread to think how many bonnets/pads i would go through if i was using other systems....................... i carry 2 sets of two Charly pads on my van

I think the situation is that Nick owns the exclusive UK licence but Gunter is the only one who makes it, therefore now ties are severed none of the stuff can be sold in the UK!
