Small but perfectley formed

Good - everything.
Bad - slightly different clamps than your used to.

I still do not like the clamps...but all in all a very good strong pole...

nice to use i had mine cut down by about a foot  and its perfect for houses, clamps are different but to be truthful i prefer them to normal clamps.

any thing higher i use the modular

had mine two weeks and love it. So much lighter than my powerpole, which I have not used since. neither have i used my mini pole since because i am using the slx for the downs as well because it is so light. I am working quicker and with less fatigue. the clamps are nice to use and seem robust. They are pretty much bigger versions of the quick release clamps that you might find on the seat post of your mountain bike.  quick and easy to use and probably better than the clamps on most other poles.
I still think the power pole is the most versatile pole on the market but will mainly be using the slx from now on
