Hi,

I have got 25 of this chairs to clean but the main problem is we dont know what type of fabric it is if is a mix of silk and something else.
Whats the best way to clean this chairs?Do you think nemesis will do the job?
And they have this sofa to clean to what is the best and safe way to clean the sofa.

With respect you need to get someone who knows what they are doing or you may end up owning the furniture?

normally we clean chairs and sofas so the staff knows how to clean what I mean was what is the right way to clean them, some people says only dry cleaning but normally we prespray them with nemesis ,agitate with a small brush and them extract with plain water at 130 psi Ninja,is that the right way.

Why dont you just clean one chair first and see what it comes out like if your not sure what material they are.

How bad are the chairs?

With Nemesis you could spray on hot, agitate with microfibre cloth or mitt, wait 5 or 10 min, then dry extract.
See what it looks like.
If not good result, try a rinse extract.

Same with corner suite tho it looks a bit grubbier and may need bit more effort from the spray ,or agitation, or time.

i would certainly have some acid in the rinse, to stop water marks.
For the shampoo i would use pre-spray gold if quite dirty or fibre shampoo if not to bad.
I would not spray on, make up solution in bucket, wet a terry towell ring out untill most of solution is out and apply over and then rinse.

The sofa looks as if it could take a bit more stick but cannot see the material

They clean one chair yesterday but the stains did not come off what can i use to remove the stains ,the main problem is that stains are there for mybe 8 years.
The sofa looks like new the client was very happy with the sofa

I take it the stains you refer to are grease stains. These can be very difficult to remove totally on these kinds of fabrics. Don't forget they have had a hot backsides on them which further infuses the grease into the fibres.
Pre-spray them with an Enzyme based upholstery pre-spray. agitate and leave to dwell for at least 10 minutes. Extract with hot water, preferably with an acid rinse added. Even them you may not remove all traces.

Also dont forget, the liquid may have gone through to the Calico.
This you wont get to.

Wich one is the best Enzyme based upholstery pre-spray?
I use this one (Prochem Fibre & Fabric Rinse)do you think that will do the job?

I use Chemspec's Prekleen for Upholstery. Quite effective.

Enzall is ph 11.5 and used mainly on commercial food premises carpets and Prekleen is ph 7 and to be used on as a pre-spray on sofas.

Enzall is a much harsher product. Designed for heavily soiled carpets especially with food residues such as restaurants. Products designed for upholstery cleaning tend too be a lot milder as the fabrics aren't as robust as carpet. That doesn't say they don't do their job.
