commercial / shops. what is it worth poll. New
« on: August 19, 2008, 10:02:51 pm »
i have about £500 per 4 weeks of shops / commercial work. the shops are fortnightly. all done trad. one contact is a well known leader who has promised further work. just out of curiosity what's it worth if i decided to sell?

i had my thread hijacked and ended up with such range of prices so poll seemed an option. please be honest as it is part of my living

cheers

fortnights takes about 1 n half hour (2 men). all lots done in day, thats trad, the blocks of flats easily done with with wfp, but shop fronts best of ext pole. all pubs n shops park outside. f/night £127, monthly £332.

Are you saying it all gets done in 1 day a month,it would make a big difference in price.

2 days, as 1.5hrs for fortnights, then full day for all, but i'm a grafter n pretty quick, but wfp would easily make up for that (blowing my trumpet i know but just fact..lol)

Hard to say without seeing it,got to be worth 10k.If you could do that work in 1 day it would be worth more.

sorry? but 10k is that for real. just to clarify it is only £500 per 4 weeks not every week, perhaps i haven't explained it properly.

but is 5 cleans a realistic price, no idea really as got it as part of another round, it keeps expanding and its not really my cup of tea as i like to work with pods in my ears n do house after house.

most people on here have different ideas on how much you multiply it, half the rounds i have bought have been by a multiple of ten to the fortnightly income from the work, the other half has been stupidly cheap because the guy's ive bought them from havnt got a clue what they have got (the worth)..  i would say 7 or 8 grand because they are shops and commercial and can generally be done a lot quicker thean residential...

i wouldnt pay 10,000 for it because 500 per day for 2 men isnt uncommon...  im not saying its bad either.. but i would say it would be worth more than 10 times the 2 weekly worth because its easy work.

sorry sean, what do you mean, its only worth 500 or its worth 5 cleans. mbs not willing to divulge area unless i decide to sell as like i say it keeps expanding without even asking so if i don't sell, i want to keep. didn't realise commercial / shops / pubs worth more than domestic. am i naive?
